Shipping Discrepancies:
We strive for accuracy and completeness in all orders shipped from our warehouse. If you encounter any mistakes or damaged items in your order, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Inspection:
Upon delivery of materials to our premises, the Warehouse/Purchasing Department will inspect the items based on the purchase order form. If the items are delivered on time, in good condition, and with the correct quantity and description, the inspection will be considered satisfactory.
In case of defects, the Purchasing Officer will create an inspection report and send it to the supplier. The rejected materials will be returned to the supplier for replacement, and any associated charges will be the responsibility of the supplier. The replacement must be delivered promptly, within three days.
Product Warranty:
All our products are covered by individual manufacturer warranties. If a product you purchased from us becomes non-functional due to a manufacturer defect, please contact us at (blendnsips example), and we will assist you in determining your warranty coverage.
Warranties do not apply to coffee products, glass or ceramic items or parts, or defects caused by misuse, negligence, lack of descaling, or failure to follow product instructions by the buyer or user.
Please note that the warranty may be void under the following circumstances:
- Unauthorized modification/alteration
- Defects or damage resulting from improper and unauthorized operation or installation contrary to the product's manual
- Damage caused by natural calamities
Exchanges & Returns:
Our exchange and return policy will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. To initiate an exchange or return, you will need to provide proof of purchase within 5 days of purchase, the original packaging, and a valid reason. Please contact us at hello[at]yardstickcoffee.com.
Coffee products and other consumables are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
